VISION

This short film focuses on the House Music communities and culture in New York and New Jersey exploring the symbiotic relationship between DJs and dancers. The story contains some passionate and insightful conversations with A-list DJ/producers, members of the dance community, and some of the next generation of DJ's.

The documentary series will travel throughout the USA where soulful House Music is popular and thrives. We will also highlight the contributions of the younger generation of House Music artists.

Our goal is to film internationally where House Music festivals and concerts draw huge audiences in places like Ibiza, UK, Croatia, South Africa and more.

Part One

Delves into the NY, NJ, Baltimore, Chicago, and Detroit music culture, showing how these communities unite expressly for the love of House Music.

Part Two

Travels west to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas to explore how they promote their style of House Music via festivals and poolside events.

Part Three

Tours southern states where the deep soulful vibe of House Music is popular in states like Florida, The Carolinas, Georgia, and Texas. House Music enthusiasts enjoy these events on beaches, in historic parks and on swaths of privately owned land.
