Everything has a beginning. I am everything. This is my beginning. 

I smile when I think about the decision I made in August of 2020. I began the journey to make a sizzle reel/promotional video with the expressed purpose of raising funds to do a full-length documentary series. A series about House Music and its vibrant dance community and soulful music culture throughout the USA. But during the process of making the sizzle reel I decided to write, produce, and direct a short film instead. I accomplished what I set out to do. I made a short film. The second part of this journey will be successfully completing the documentary series!

And, I am still smiling. 

The short film, THE MUSIC GOT ME  was done with a zero/tiny budget and a small crew of passionate and talented friends that believed in my story. I am looking for investors to make my vision become a reality! The filmmaking process can be an overwhelmingly daunting experience so while I was filming and editing the short film I learned how to manage these daunting feelings. I am thrilled I overcame the fears and doubts and made a short film!

Now I need everyone's support to get the full-length documentary series done and tell this exciting story about the world of contemporary House Music throughout the USA, and eventually the world.
